Format of E-race
The basis of 800-meter e-race in ‘Achievers’ is the world record of men and women.
The world record of 800-meter men’s race is 1 minute 40.91 seconds, which was set by
David Rudisha of Kenya in 2012 at London Olympics. Similarly, the world record of 800
meter women’s race is 1 minute 53.28 seconds, which was set by Jarmila Kratochvilora
(Czechoslovakia) on 26 July 1983.
Men World Record in Achievers Race
Assuming 1 minute 40.91 seconds as 1.41 minute (101 seconds), the minimum time of
Achievers Race has been made 1.41 minutes (101 seconds) and maximum 2.40 minutes (160
seconds). That is, the e-Race will end in 1.41 to 1.59 and continuously from 2.00 to 2.40
minutes.
Women World Record in Achievers Race
Considering 1 minute 53.28 seconds as 1.54 minutes (114 seconds), the minimum time of
Achievers Race has been made 1.54 minutes (114 seconds) and maximum 2.53 minutes (173
seconds). That is, the e-Race will be completed from 1.54 to 1.59 and continuously from 2.00
to 2.53 minutes.
Method of determining Men e-Race Winner
At the start of e-Race of each e-Ground, each e-Player will stand at 2.40 minutes with the
base time of e-race 2.40 minutes i.e. (160 seconds). Now every user installing PPA will be
able to add Skill time to any e-player from Skill Timer in the e-Race related to the PPA's e
Ground. This Skill Timer will have the capability to set time from 1 to 59 seconds. The
seconds given in favour of each e-player by the users will be added with the base time of
that e-player and the seconds will be converted into minutes during the live time itself. In
the added up converted minutes, the seconds after the decimal point will be of decisive
importance. If 41 to 59 seconds come after the decimal point, then one will be considered
after the decimal point, i.e. 1.41, 1.42, …….1.58, 1.59 minutes. If 00 to 40 seconds come after
the decimal point, then 2 will be considered after the decimal point, i.e. 2.00, 2.01 to 2.39,
2.40 minutes. Whichever e-player's minimum time is decided between 1.41 to 2.40 till the
closure of the PPA, he will be the winner of that e-race.
Method of determining Women e-Race Winner
- In Women e-Race, women players will stand at the start line with their maximum base time
of 2.53 minutes (173 seconds). Just like in Men e-Race, in Women e-Race also, the user
installing PPA will be able to add Skill time on any e-player from the Skill Timer in the e-Race
related to the PPA's e-Ground. They can add time from 1 to 59 seconds. The seconds given in
favour of each e-player by the user will be added with the base time of that e-player and the
sum of seconds will be calculated. The time of the upcoming seconds will be converted into
minutes in the live time only. It is also worth noting that from 0.54 to 0.59 will be considered
as 1 after the decimal point and from 0.00 to 0.53 will be considered as 2, i.e. 2.00 to 2.53
minutes. On this basis, the women e-player whose minimum time is between 1.54 to 2.53
minutes till the closure of PPA will be the winner of that e-race.
For those users who do not use their Skill Timer for the first time, the software will
automatically add e-players of such users in a continuous order of 1 to 59 seconds.
- If the e-players of SGP, DGP, TGP are equal, then they will get skill time only once and if
they are different, then they will get skill time separately.
In any situation, if the minimum time of more than one e-player is the same, then the e
player whose minutes are calculated more will be the winner, but if the minutes are also
equal, then the e-player in whose favour the users use the skill timer more will be the
winner.
Note – On using the skill timer by the users, Rs. 1/- will be deducted from their WAW or
PAW account for every use. At the time of PPA, the skill time of every e-player will be free for
the first time.
Government Taxes
GST: - The rate of GST fixed by the government on online games is 28%. This amount is
deducted from every transaction made online by the user in PAW, but the company
reimburses it to the user in the form of reward, due to which the burden of GST does not fall
on the user. But if the amount deposited once by the user is withdrawn from the PAW
account without making a PPA, then the expected withdrawal amount
The reward given on the Achievers App will be taken back by the company. However, the
reward amount will not be taken back if withdrawn from the WAW account.
TDS: - TDS will be deducted at the rate of 30% on every withdrawal of the amount won by
the user and the remaining amount will be transferred to the user's account.
But keep in mind that in a financial year, every withdrawal which is done from the WAW
account only, TDS is calculated only on the amount won. TDS is not deducted on the original
amount or in case of loss of the user. The certificate of the deducted TDS can be downloaded
by you from the Achievers App and it can be adjusted by the user in his income tax return.
