Welcome to the Achievers E-Sport Skill Online Game. By registering and participating, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Game Overview

  • Achievers is an online skill-based e-game where users participate by transferring money online.
  • Game results are based on the skill time provided by the user.
  • There are 3 e-grounds (A, B, C), each hosting an 800m e-race with 10 e-players.

2. Event & Session Format

  • Each event is 1:30 hours (dynamic), divided into 3 sessions of 30 minutes each.
  • First 25 minutes: Users can place the Play Amount (PPA) and use the skill timer.
  • First 20 minutes: Leaderboard status visible.
  • 26th-27th minute: Players at Start Line, stadium activities begin.
  • 28th-29.4 minutes: Race duration (2 min 40 sec max).
  • Last 20 seconds: Winner celebration.

3. PPA Formats

  • SGP (Single Ground Play)
  • DGP (Double Ground Play)
  • TGP (Triple Ground Play)
  • Minimum PPA: ₹100 (multiples only)

4. Winning Amounts

  • SGP: ₹100 → ₹600 (PAW), ₹700 (WAW)
  • DGP: ₹100 → ₹6,000 (PAW), ₹7,000 (WAW)
  • TGP: ₹100 → ₹60,000 (PAW), ₹70,000 (WAW)
  • Special events may offer increased winnings.

5. PAW & WAW Accounts

  • PAW: Principal Amount Wallet – contains user-deposited funds.
  • WAW: Win Amount Wallet – contains winnings from the game.
  • GST (28%) applied on PAW deposits but reimbursed as rewards (conditions apply).

6. Race Time Rules

Men’s 800m: Min 1.41 min (101 sec) to Max 2.40 min (160 sec).
Women’s 800m: Min 1.54 min (114 sec) to Max 2.53 min (173 sec).

7. Skill Timer Rules

  • Users can add 1–59 seconds to their selected e-player’s base time.
  • First use per e-player is free, subsequent uses cost ₹1 from PAW/WAW.
  • If a user does not set skill time, the system assigns it automatically.

8. Taxes

  • GST: 28% (reimbursed in rewards if PPA is made).
  • TDS: 30% on WAW withdrawals (as per Income Tax rules).

9. Registration Requirements

  • User Name, State, Nationality, City/Village
  • PAN Card, Aadhaar Number
  • Bank Details (Account Name, Bank Name, IFSC, Account No., Phone No.)
  • User must be above 18 years of age.

10. Consent

By registering, you confirm that you have read and understood all terms and conditions, and voluntarily agree to participate in the Achievers Online Gaming App.
